By using our Services, you are agreeing to all of the Terms of Service, as may be updated by us from time to time and made available on this Website. You should check this page regularly to take notice of any changes we may have made to the Terms of Service.

Our Privacy Policy, incorporated by reference in these Terms of Service, sets out how we will use personal information and data (“Personal Data” you provide to us. By using this Website, you agree to be bound by our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data(s) provided by you are accurate and that you are entitled to provide such data(s) to us.
Price & Payment
- No rush orders, we will purchase items based on payment basis.
- We reserve the right to cancel your reservation of any items at any time if full payment is not made.
- Price quoted is on a basis or currency rate, price might be changed due to currency rate.
- Buyers must send the receipt / proof of payment for record and future reference.
- We will not honor the payment if the customer is unable to show proof of payment especially for the cash deposit method.
- 🔴 If customer is minor (Below 18 years old), please have permission from customer's parent or guardian before purchasing with us.
Shipment
- All items on our website will be pre order, it usually take 3 - 4 working weeks after the official delivery date to arrive in Malaysia. (Estimation only might delay or early depends on the current situation)
- Example: Dolls production might takes up more than 6 to 12 months
- We will post out the items by batch according to the date buyers have chosen during 2nd payment.
Refunds, returns and Cancellation
- No cancellation and no refund is allowed after customers have made payment (either deposit or full payment).
- We can assist to communicate with supplier, fansite or runner for a refund option, the fee of returning the item is at the buyer's cost.
- We only accept refunds or returns if our store has placed wrong order.
- If customer has received wrong or missing items, customer must be made by notifying us with an unboxing video within 7 days from the date of receiving. After 7 days and without an unboxing video is unable to attend any claim submission.
Full refund will be given under the following circumstances :
- The item(s) ordered are out of stock
- The item(s) we have ordered wrongly
- Refunds or returns must be made by notifying us within 7 days from the date of receiving.
- The outer case is just for protecting goods. (Scratches and discolouration on the case cannot be the reason for exchanging or returning)
We do not provide warranty for the following:
Manufacturing defective on digital, electronic, electrical products, snacks and accessories. (e.g CD, DVD, lightstick, mug, cookie, candle, etc. ). These item(s) purchased are at the buyer’s own risk due to we are unable to detect the defectives by looking at the outside.
Items that we helped to place orders from officials site, suppliers, fansite, runner, these items will be sent straight from Korea, Japan, the US and China, we are unable to check during purchase.
After we have shipped out from the admin's house, the item will be passed to courier service, any damage or parcel opened unable to attend any claim submission.
Any questions regarding your parcel status, please contact the local courier service customer has chosen, we are unable to check on our site, it is not under our control.
Customer did not make the 2nd payment within 1 month after 2nd payment email has sent. Customer may need to pay extra storage fee for the items. More than 3 months, we have the right to put the customer's item on sale without get any refund.
